Kivanc Tatlitug’s Biography
Kivanc Tatlitug known as “Mohannad” in the famous series “Gumus” (Noor), was born in october 27th 1983 in Adana in a five children family.
Kivanc was an excellent basketball player, so he joined the Ülkerspor sports club as a basketball athlete when they moved to Istanbul.
Then he was recruited by a modeling agency after his mother sent them pictures of him. He competed and won the Best Model Of The World modeling pageant in 2002. Since then, he has worked as a professional model and actor.
Then he married Miss Turkey Azra Akin who was “Miss World of 2002“.
His popularity in Arab World grew up after he played the role of Mehmet in Gumus (a Turkish soap opera). Mehmet became Mohannad in the wildly popular Arabic language soap opera version, Noor.

Hi Kev, i saw Gumus where i thought u r a good actor playing a man with a boyish charm… Menska & Halil (never mind my spelling) and i thought Oh God u r losing it, it is nice to play the romantic hearbreaker but that series was too much of drama, flashbacks, even that little girl had flashbacks… & now am watching Ask i memnou and so far u r back to good again and i luv that u r playing a different part (the almost bad guy)
dont get stuck into “the luvy duvy romantic part” show that u r not just that good looking man (ehm.. i mean great looking) U r an actor…
and i also want to say that i luv the way u cry, it seems so true and u look like a little boy…
