Sometimes even the sexiest celebrities need a little help to achieve Hollywood perfection – but you might be surprised to learn which stars have gone under the knife.
We went on the hunt to figure out which picture-perfect stars may have turned to plastic surgery to achieve their apparently flawless good looks.
The differences can be minimal (and therefore more believable), but these before and after pics prove that even the hottest celebs are not born flawless – especially when it comes to their noses!
Most stars defend a visible nose job by saying it was necessary for health reasons, like Princess Letizia of Spain who recently went under the knife and had her nose fixed due to ‘breathing difficulties’.
