Beckham’s family new fragrance

It was like a scene from a movie – hundreds of excited fans, some hysterical at the thought of catching a glimpse of their idols, packed up against the barrier, jostling for space.

By the time the Beckhams finally arrived, half-an-hour late, New York’s 34th Street was at a standstill. And Posh didn’t disappoint, poured into skin-tight thigh-high PVC boots, balancing five 1/2 inches high – without heels.

The Beckham’s were in the Big Apple to launch their his’n'hers Signature fragrance at Macy’s department store.

But the huge reception they got must have outstripped their biggest expectations.

On one side of the regal purple carpet were photographers from around the world, pushing and shoving to get the best shot of Victoria and David.

Across from them were the hundreds of fans, hoping to see the English footballer and his ex-Spice Girl wife.

Standing between the two crowds, all holding their cameras and mobiles aloft to get a shot, the Beckhams took the attention in their stride.

In an interview earlier in the day Victoria talked about her love for her husband, with whom she has just celebrated her ninth wedding anniversary and has three sons.

But she added: ‘Everyone says “God David is so good looking”… I tell David that looks will fade.’

However, for now at least, it seems his good looks are intact.
