I looked forward to every next episode, especially the lucky last final, to only truly be shocked of this tragic way to end.
Not only the tragic end of a loving couple that came to an end after dispite everything they had gone through to survive not only their love but the pain from their very own families.
The other cast members have all unanswered story lines and felt like the series had rushed and ended the series too quickly.
I truly think that this series of ‘Mirna and Khalil’ should all be resolved in some other way, perhaps a part ’2′ and maybe the ending could be one big nightmare.
Otherwise ,watching a series like this again could be truly pointless.

Menekse ile Halil was deffinetly one of the best series if my book, even probably the best series in my book! I never got so sttached to a mosalsal like this before. I remember I used to speed up my schedule throughout my day just so I can sit there and watch this mosalsal! I think it’s outstanding! Also, Kivanc Tatlitug deffinetly didn’t make Menekse (Mirna) look good. I believe both of their standards are equal in this mosalsal. They both deserve the same credit. This mosalsal is EXTREMELY romantic and I believe once you start to watch it, you will be interested in whats going to be happening next. Even if it lasted only 36 episodes in Turkey, It’s a hit in my mind! I love you Mirna w Khalil! Also, there’s this new mosalsal called “Dudaktan Kalbe” that I just started watching not to long ago! I feel the same way about that mosalsal as well. It’s another hit! They both are THE BEST! PS: Noor wasn’t a bad mosalsal people, just in my opinion, Mirna is extremely better. And who says menekşe is prettier than Nour, you first go to a doctor to show your eyes and take a look at every votings that Nour and menekşe in.Look where is Nour and where is menekşe.
How could really a mentally sound person compares a “miserably failed one episode tv series” with the “extraordinary cultural phenomenon three seasons one hundred episodes”!? If “Menekşe ile Halil” was good and successful, they would have allowed its production to continue in Turkey! Why they had to abruptly cancel it at 36 episodes!? Ask anybody from Turkey why a project like tv series been canceled? And he/she tells you that because of the “bad rating”! That is what “Menekşe ile Halil” was. A “badly rated,” awfully “flopped” one episode tv series that would remembered as of other doomed shows like “Aşk Yakar” and “Ay Işığı”! And as for “Gümüş,” a successful three seasons one hundred episodes that even big projects like “Binbir gece” and “Ihlamular altinda ” with the same number of seasons but still short on episodes (10 and 20 less respectively) could not overtake!
And Gümüş or Noor fans, I suggest you that please don’t reply these kind of people. Because there is no need. They also know the truth but they just want to make you compare Gümüş and such a silly thing like menekşe ile halil. Because just comparing menekşe ile halil to such a legend like Gümüş is a success for themselves. By this way they want to make menekşe ile halil to be spoken. But come to yourselves. The film that they want to compare menekşe ile halil with is Gümüş not Ay Işığı or Aşk Yakar. They must compare menekşe ile halil with any other films that are at the same standards as it. There are a lot of things to talk about Gümüş. For example Kıvanç&Songül, the best, the most beautiful couple ever, came together to Doha again as we all want. Speak Gümüş only itself.
